QStaying more than 1 night

At Shinjuku Kuyakusho-mae Capsule Hotel, those guests who stay more than 1 night are kindly requested to leave once by the check out time (10:00 am) on the following morning.
We clean the hotel from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and you cannot stay at the hotel during the time, except for the guests of the Day Use.

QMake reservation and check availability

A

On our website, you can check availability and make reservations as early as 6 months before your stay.

QPlans

A

Our website offers various discount plans. Please select and use the plan which meets your requests.

QCongestion situation

A

On weekdays (from Tuesday to Friday) and Saturday, it may become fully booked at an early date. Please call us (03-3232-1110) and check the situation in advance.

QReservation change / Cancellation

A

In case of no show or no telephone call for late check-in until 4 am, we will cancel your reservation automatically.

QPayment of accommodation charges

A

Accommodation charges are payable in advance. Please make a payment when you check in. In case you stay more than 1 night, the accommodation charge for the second night will be payable on the second check in.

QSettlement at the time of booking the discount plans

A

Accommodation charges can be paid by cash or by credit cards.
Please note that you can pay by credit card for 2,000Y or more.

QLarge baggage which cannot be stored in the locker

A

Please use the space in front of the front desk. You are kindly requested to lock up your baggage with wire. Please keep your key and valuables in your possession.

QCheck in, check out and late charge

A

Check in time starts at 16:00, and check out time is 10:00 on the following morning. Please be forewarned that there is no extended service of check out later than 12:00. 500Y per hour will be charged for late check out.

QAncillary facilities

A

Towel, bath towel and loungewear are available in your locker.
Shaver, drier, shampoo, body soap and toothbrush are provided in the sauna and bathhouse on the 3rd floor.

QAmenities

A

2 towels, gown and toothbrush are available in your locker. Shaver is provided at the front desk on the 1st floor, and hair drier is in the bathroom. Shampoo and body soap are provided in the bathhouse.

QEquipment in the capsule

A

The size of capsule bed is H:100×W:100×D:200. Besides the bedding, the capsule is equipped with light fixtures, TV and alarm.

QLocking the capsule bed

A

By law, capsule units cannot be locked. For your belongings such as valuables, please keep them in the locker with key in front of each capsule unit.

QLaundry service

A

Please ask at the front desk. (Under wares: 100Y per one, Polo shirt: 200Y, Shirt: 300Y without ironing)

QFood and drink in the hotel

A

We have a restaurant on the 4th floor, which opens from 18:00 to 1:00.
Also, there are several vending machines of pot noodles and beverages.
